WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist clients with auto, home, and life insurance needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service while helping clients protect what matters most
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and agency goals.
- Maintain compliance with insurance regulations.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Base salary plus commissions and bonuses based on performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Team-oriented, coachable, and motivated to learn.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaker.
- Insurance licenses are a plus.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
